Pre-Vacay!!

Assalamualaikum.. 

Hellowww gojes2 and hensome2..good morning anyway!! Entry yg 3rd ni, aku nk luahkan perasaan.. wah gituh.. takdeee maknenya aku nak luahkan perasaan.. pape tah... aku just nak cakap, i miss VACATION..

Aku taw aku ni kaki merayau, kaki berjalan, kaki makan, kaki lepak, kaki segala kaki, tapi bukan kaki bola sbb aku kaki bangku.. Alhamdulillah mr.H bukan kaki bangku..

Hai hai, bile la bole g vacay lagi.. tak de la aku imagine g over sea sane... jgn kata over sea, over the sea pun x dapat nak vacay, takat trip bdoh2 ade la.. cehhh...

Last week, before aku balik perak, aku smpat la hanta adik aku blek kolej dye.. budak tu cuti ghaye smpai 2 minggu.. swasta katanya.. haha.. adik aku belajo kat melaka.. tempat blaja da best da, btol2 dlm a famosa resort city kt Alor Gajah tu.. yg x best kolej kediaman, horror nak mati.. haritu g bole plak lift rosak.. adik aku ni kalau dduk tingkat 5 6 larat lagi.. ni dduk tingkat 11.. mmg x pasal aku excercise free hritu..

Disebabkan takleh nk mandi because smua yg ade tyme ni GUY, aku pun acah2 feeling chill tepi pool.. weks..

Simple!

Assalamualaikum w.b.t

Post before ni aku buat pasal cheese tart.. Post ni aku buat about TIRAMISU.. aku suke betul buat benda ni.. sebab nya no baking.. sedap pun sedap.. hahaha.. meh Mekni (tuka nama lagi? NI IzzatiAlias plak yg bg nama aku) share resipi..

TIRAMISU

bahan-bahan:

lady finger / sponge cake
coffee
air 1 cup (utk bncuh kopi)
serbuk koko (Meknii guna VH)
250 gm cream cheese (Mekni guna kraft Philaphedia)
250 ml  whipping cream (yg liquid ye, bukan yg picit2 tu)
1/2 cwn gula castor
1 tsp      esen vanila

ni la dia ingredients!!
Cheesee oh cheese!!

Yg belakang tu LADY FINGER, yg depan tu SPONGE CAKE...

cara-cara:
1. with mixer, putar cream cheese + gula castor...
2. Msukkan esen vanila.
3. masukkan whipping cream.
(nak bubuh smua sekali gus pun bole, tapi nanti dye mercik2, so go step by step la gamaknya)

ok, now, dlm bekas2 comel yg senang nak ngap..
1. rendam sikit lady finger/sponge cake dgn air coffee td (jgn wet sgt, enuff lembap cikit je bg resap2 cikit), make it as first layer..
2. bubuh cream cheese tadi, yg duk putar gune mixer tu, ratakan la mcm sapu cream atas kek gtuh..
3. tburkan serbuk koko.. (guna la penapis, kasi halus and berseni cikit)
4. letak balik with cake layer yg di soak dlm coffee, --- cheese -- serbuk koko.. (terpulang korg nk buat berapa tingkat..

nak lg sedap?? korg ptong kecik2 buah strawberry, before letak cream cheese, tbur kan ptongan strawberry.. sumpah la sedap weh!!

ok, bila da siap, cover bekas dgn penutup atau plasti lut sinar tu.. then simpan dlm peti sejuk.. dlm 3 jam bole ngapppp da.

Hellowwww bloggers and readers!! Lama giler nak mampus la Nini x update.. (eh kenapa nama aku Nini, ni Ella punya pasai, dok panggil aku NINI COKELAT CELOP) =,=

Aku ta igt la bile last update.. Ni pun kes aku rasa nak muntah hadap buku, so aku hadap la laptop ni ha jap.. So here i am typing writing a post.. Lalalala

So, camano hari rayo korg? okay? best? hahaha.. Nini tak berapa nak beshhh la sbb tgh intersesi kan so cuti pun seminggu je.. lepas raya, dan2 la Nini dmam.. hikhik.. Nextweek last study then exam plak.. then kene start praktikal, yg tmpatnya pun idok ade lagi.. cuakkk weh cuak..

here i wana share a recipe.. Cheese Tart!! hasil gabungan beberapa blog, ni la hasilnya.. kalau korg google banyak blogger yg share recipe, and setelah Nini teliti, lebih kurg je smuanya.. ThankYou lovely blogger including azieblog and Kak Atie kitchen..

Blueberry Cheesetart

bahan-bahan:
- blueberry jammed (bole beli kat mne2 kdai bakery)

Pastry
100gm  butter (salted)
75gm    gula castor
200gm  tepung gandum
1 biji     teur (gred B)
1/2 tsp  esen vanilla

tepung! semangat aku timbang!


Cara: mcm aku malas nak ikut step, so aku bubuh je smua ni dalam mangkuk then aku guna la mixer, tapi tapi telur tu aku masuk last.. Lepas mix, uli2 la, masuk acuan, then bakar 160'C dlm 20min atau smpai half cooked.


Cheese
250gm  cream cheese
50gm    gula castor
1 biji     telur (gred B)
1/2tsp   esen vanila

Cara: Aku mix sume, then guna mixer aku putar.. Siap!!

Tara! Bau dye perghh!! Cair..Makruh puasa..


Lepas korg da ade pastry, ko bubuh la blueberry (atau ape2 perisa yg korg nak) then korg piping kan cheese td.. bakar lagi 160'C dlm 5 to 10 min.. smpai chesse tu tak melekit.. hehehe..




Ni la HASILNYA!!

Short Throwback

Hi Hi, lamaaaaa gilerrrr la aku tak update blog nih...
sumpah la nak minta maaf sebab kekurangan masa dan idea...(gambar ade da)

Ok, so korg nmpk post ni? Ni sebab aq free!!! (Free la sangat, tgh final exams week).. Before that, korg sehat??? Heeeeee ^_^

Post ni nak main lontar belakang (throwback) kejap la ape da jadi.. Kalau la korg lupe, aku ni da final semester da.. next semester aq da nak praktikal da (tmpt intern pon aq x settle lg ni)

So, this short post, i just wana share with you guys about this fragrance... rasanya korg tahu la kot ape bndani.. LITTLE TREE!! Alaaaa, yang org selalu gantung dalam kereta gambar pokok tu?? Dah tahu da?? Hahaha... since sem ni kitorg ade amek satu subjek Business Marketing, dorg decided gi visit this company..

Puding Caramel

Assalamualaikum

Hey-yo!! Wah, ai muncul tbe2 trus update recipe! Kelas kau jah!! Haahahhaha...
terasa mcm nak shre how i enjoy my life (cewahhhhhhh)

Try buat puding caramel, resipi di inspirasikan oleh NurShahadah (my lovely friend)

Ni lagi la amat senang nak buat.. Pastu orang jual 1 slice RM2 =_="


Bahan2 Nya:
~ 7 biji telur
~ 1 tin susu cair
~ setengah tin susu pekat
~1 tin air biasa
~ sdikit esen vanilla
~Gula 


Cara2nya:

1. Buat karamel. Amek 4 sudu gula, and panaskan sampai cair, then bile dah agak2 nk turn gold, add satu sudu air..(sila berhati2 dgn letupan)
2.Bile da siap karamel, letak la dalam bekas yg korg nk bubuh puding tu..
3. Pecahkan 7 biji tlur, campur dgn susu cair, susu pekat and air and a bit of esen vanila, kacau them all.. (kacau yer, bukan pukul, just nak sebatikan smua bahan tu je)
4. Tuang dalam bekas yg ade karamel td... (guna penapis yer, so that dapat texture yg smooth)
5. Kukus dalam 30 to 40 minit tanpa bukak pengukus okay!!
6. Bile da masak, masukkan puding dalam freezer, dgn bekas2 tu sekali... bile da sejuk and ready to eat, bru la korg flip kan dye okay..


Maka, terhasil la puding caramel gebu ni!!

Whoahhhh, lama sangat aku tak update blog kan?? Aii maklum la.. BZ... sorry la, since da mula part 5 ni, mcm2 benda.. pening kepala.. tak sempat nak update blog... harini aku curi2 masa, update cikit.. rasa mcm da lama tak typing, serious!!

Now, merata aku g, penuh dgn kempen2... Maklum la, nak pilihan raya da... Org lain mngundi, aku dduk uma.. hahahaha...

Btw, hritu masa cuti, aku ade try buat TRIFFLE.... first try... konon2 la kan.. ahahaha....
Senang amat sangat la nak buat benda alah ni.. kat lua jual punya la mahal... tak faham aku la...

Bahan-bahan:
~ Swiss roll or swiss cake (as 1st layer)
~ Tpung castard (2 to 3 sudu)
~ Susu Cair ( 1 tin )
~ Air ( 1 tin )
~ Esen vanila ( sikit je )
~ cocktails @ fresh fruits 
~ Jelly (any flavors)
~ whipping cream

Cara-cara??

1. Korang susun swiss roll as the first layer
2. Masak kastard by campurkan 2 sudu tpung kastard dgn susu cair 1 tin (aku guna IDEAL), and 1 tin air biasa (aku gune tin yg sme). Bile kastard da masak (mean, dye nak likat and pekat), tuang atas swiss roll tadi .. so, custard as the 2nd layer
3. Korang susun la buah ke, cocktails ke, ape2 la nk bubuh as 3rd layer (aku susun strawberry je)
4. Masak jelly (ade kat belakang packaging jelly tu)... slow2 tuang jelly tadi... ( aku maksudkan slow okay)
5. Amek whipping cream, bubuh la atas sekali...

Aku da letak custard then aku susun la buah2 ni


Lastly pour JELLY on top


Aku tak letak whipping cream sbb aku tak jumpa... puas aku cr tp x jmpe... so no whipping cream....
so, selamat mencuba!!

Throwback ep2

Hi ayang sayang! Ok, proceed to next post.. byk btol kne ctchup.. cuti midsem this time, jdual full.. full-house bebeyh!! 

The best part, i go for a vacay with H's family!! Yeay!! For the frst time since i was form 5, having great vacay with family.. i love being around them.. i feel warm and its ohsem feeling ever.. muka tataw malu jgk la sbb g join fmly org lain.. thnk God ade Yati, not me la, she is Ancik (adik H) punya gf..

2d1n fr me, 3d2n for them.. vacay to cameron.. tp merayap smpai ke taiping.. totally exhausted, feels like that is not a vacay, but a trip.. ahahah..

Say aaaa.. this is Dania.. x senang dduk..ade je kerenah dye..tht entertaint me..

Assalamualaikum..

Gawshhhhhhh, this post terlalu berat and sedih.. Tapi this is a story that happened to me.. Tajuk nk gempakz je kan.. Hahaha.. Tajuk post tu refer to purse Alan Delon (gift yg H bg dlu)

Last Friday, plan nk kua dating together2 tapi this time lain cikit la sbb aku kne naik tren g kL sentral..
so, early morning mama send us (with IzzatiAlias) to ktm Btg Kali..Aku ni kan pelupa orgnya.. Last aku ingat aku pegang purse tu dlm toilet.. sedar2 da naik tren... TARA!!! HILANG!!!

Sedih x terkata.

Ape pun, I already lodge a police report >_<
