Assalamualaikum and Hello!!
Ok, continue from the previous post. We proceed to PAVLOVA.Well,dessert lovers (like me) absolutely love the taste of pavlova. In this recipe, Ive reduce the amount of sugar :) Tak elok makan manis banyak sangat. Hehehe
Here you go,
BAHAN-BAHAN
4 biji putih telur (120gm)
1 cawan gula castor (200gm) > eny reduce jadi 3/4 cup
1/2 tsp esen vanila
1 tsp cuka
1/2 tbsp tepung jagung
CARA-CARA
1. Putar putih telur td sampai soft peak (angkat whisk tu, macam bertanduk cikit) ataupun volume dia dah double or triple.
2. Masukkan gula castor sikit-sikit sampai la habis gula korg tu.
3. Masuk kan bahan2 basah (cuka dan esen vanila)
4. Masukkan tepung jagung.

Untuk topping, aku guna ready-whip cream, deco dgn strawberry and kiwi(terserah nak letak ape)
