Im BACK??!! Triffle attempt!!!!

Assalamualaikum

Whoahhhh, lama sangat aku tak update blog kan?? Aii maklum la.. BZ... sorry la, since da mula part 5 ni, mcm2 benda.. pening kepala.. tak sempat nak update blog... harini aku curi2 masa, update cikit.. rasa mcm da lama tak typing, serious!!

Now, merata aku g, penuh dgn kempen2... Maklum la, nak pilihan raya da... Org lain mngundi, aku dduk uma.. hahahaha...

Btw, hritu masa cuti, aku ade try buat TRIFFLE.... first try... konon2 la kan.. ahahaha....
Senang amat sangat la nak buat benda alah ni.. kat lua jual punya la mahal... tak faham aku la...

Bahan-bahan:
~ Swiss roll or swiss cake (as 1st layer)
~ Tpung castard (2 to 3 sudu)
~ Susu Cair ( 1 tin )
~ Air ( 1 tin )
~ Esen vanila ( sikit je )
~ cocktails @ fresh fruits 
~ Jelly (any flavors)
~ whipping cream

Cara-cara??

1. Korang susun swiss roll as the first layer
2. Masak kastard by campurkan 2 sudu tpung kastard dgn susu cair 1 tin (aku guna IDEAL), and 1 tin air biasa (aku gune tin yg sme). Bile kastard da masak (mean, dye nak likat and pekat), tuang atas swiss roll tadi .. so, custard as the 2nd layer
3. Korang susun la buah ke, cocktails ke, ape2 la nk bubuh as 3rd layer (aku susun strawberry je)
4. Masak jelly (ade kat belakang packaging jelly tu)... slow2 tuang jelly tadi... ( aku maksudkan slow okay)
5. Amek whipping cream, bubuh la atas sekali...

Lastly pour JELLY on top


Aku tak letak whipping cream sbb aku tak jumpa... puas aku cr tp x jmpe... so no whipping cream....
